Loved their on-site restaurant TR Fire Grill, it was good. We booked apartment, it had everything you could ask for: television with satellite channels, a sitting area and a writing desk

customer service was really handy. nice place to stay in honolulu, no reason to complain. it took 15 minutes to reach queen's surf beach on foot.
